MARKETINGMIND AI
Terms of Service
These terms cover the public MarketingMind AI pages on this site.
The workspace
MarketingMind AI is a workspace for market research, planning, and measurement. The public homepage shows the product. Its animated preview uses sample figures and does not look up a live registry.
The homepage prototype form does not send or save what you type.
Project intake
The marketing steps at Get started are the project intake. A saved draft stays with the signed-in client account. Another client cannot open that draft.
Human control
AI assistance can prepare research and recommendations. It does not automatically publish campaigns or send messages. External communications and material changes need the appropriate authorization.
